Terms and Conditions

Return of goods.
Any claim for goods which are damaged either on arrival or in transit must be made in the form of a written e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the items, otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage ourselves or on the couriers part. No replacements can be dispatched until original goods are returned to origin warehouse, suitably packed to avoid further damage. After this process and providing these terms are met, an identical replacement item will be dispatched to the customer. Buyer’s standard conditions of purchase shall not apply unless specifically accepted in advance.

Furniture Fox will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any cause whatsoever beyond our control. In no circumstances whatsoever shall we be liable for consequential loss.
Payment is required in full prior to delivery of any goods, unless an alternative agreement is made under exceptional circumstances.
Risk and beneficial ownership in all goods shall pass to the purchaser on delivery. The priority in all goods supplied shall remain with ourselves until payment in full of all monies due to us. Cheque payments shall not be treated as payment until cleared.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all items are not sold as being suitable for any particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the buyer using the goods for any such purpose to carry out adequate tests to satisfy that all items are in all respects for such purpose and will have no deleterious effect.

Delivery times and dates vary depending on stock levels, added options for item variation or made to order goods. All goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days, though a 10 week maximum delivery time frame applies to all items as a guide, however we will contact customers directly within 48 hours of purchase to give and arrange a more precise delivery time and date.
